- Works closely with the Creative-Design team of DITO Telecommunity to align and work together all necessary creative requirements from producing, ideation and implementation of copywriting requirements such as promo collaterals, brand merch, product packaging; print; tri-media advertisements; Digital Marketing/Online requirements such as EDM, interactive designs; online ads, social media materials, and or videos and that help generate visibility and communicate company messaging in a more effective manner
- Develops & creates creative campaign concepts and copy requirements as per requirement of Marketing Services, Digital Marketing, Brand Group, Product & Innovations Sales, Customer Experience and other internal stakeholders
- Help manage overall brand image and communications to the market.
- Manage and ensure compliance of DITO brand identity for consistency and alignment with the rest of the company.
- Create, support and maintain brand awareness, perception and positioning in the Philippine market.
- Works with Marketing Services Team to develop omnibus DITO Brand campaigns for external communications and works closely with internal functions/teams for internal & employee branding requirements.
- Work closely with the Marketing Services Manager in strategizing, planning and executing DITO Omnibus brand campaigns & other marketing materials requirement.
- Work closely with the Marketing Services and other DITO Commercial department functions such us (Brand Group and other DITO departments) in the development of campaigns and requirements.
- Execute end-to-end project assignments ranging from online and offline copy & content production work.
- Work closely with in-house creative and/or external agencies to develop concepts and to maintain corporate identity
- Service internal departments to maintain brand consistency in application and execution across all mediums
- Provide copy direction for collateral, web, product packaging, and other visual communications media for the company
- Works closely with Digital Marketing Group in creating and producing digital & social media campaigns and materials.
- Work in a group or individually to develop concepts, approaches and storyboard
- Research and collect information on materials and image references relevant to project

- Advertising & Digital Marketing Agency, Public Relations or Inhouse Creative Function experience is a plus
- Campaign Development, Execution and Management Experience.
- Excellent comprehension on strategic level and critical thinking
- Unique insight into creative ideas and good taste in visual arts
- Proficient in oral and written English and Filipino
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Video production, photoshoot production experience.
