Job Summary

YOU will be responsible in the preparation of the following deliverables, in connection with assigned in:

• Creation of detailed user stories (US) and acceptance criteria
• Business Requirements Document (when applicable)
• UAT test scripts, KT Documents, User Manuals, and Training Materials
• Facilitate discussions with other stakeholders/ SMEs as needed, to clarify and refine the product backlog.
• Assist the team members in understanding the product backlog.
• Define requirements and functional specifications from the client's stakeholders.
• Ensure developed user stories and acceptance criteria are complete, approved and groomed on time.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness and Pre-implementation Support.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, with an ability to understand complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Experience in business analysis, with a track record of delivering results that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in business process modeling, with an ability to develop process maps, workflows, and use cases to facilitate Requirements gathering.
• Experience in developing and documenting business requirements, with an ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements for development teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is preferred.
• Experience in project management, Agile development methodologies, and software development lifecycles is a plus.
