    Job Overview

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Influencer Outreach Specialist to support our creator acquisition efforts. This role focuses on identifying, contacting, and qualifying Instagram and TikTok influencers who align with our travel and lifestyle campaigns.

    You will be responsible for sourcing creators, initiating outreach, managing leads in our CRM, and moving qualified prospects to the next stage of the pipeline.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Research and identify influencers in travel, luxury, and lifestyle niches

    • Build and maintain organized prospect lists (name, handle, followers, engagement rate, contact details)

    • Conduct daily outreach via DM, email, and SMS using provided scripts

    • Personalize outreach messages to ensure authenticity and engagement

    • Input and manage leads in an All-in-One CRM system

    • Update lead statuses and maintain clean pipeline records

    • Respond to inquiries and qualify leads before handoff to the closing team

    • Track and report daily/weekly outreach metrics and response rates



    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • 2–3 years of experience in lead generation, influencer marketing, or digital outreach

    • Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok search tools and engagement metrics

    • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)

    • Strong written English communication skills

    • Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet outreach targets consistently
