Surveillance and Monitoring

● Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to ensure the safety and security of the gas

station premises, including pumps, office, cashier's booth, storage areas, entrances,

exits, and parking areas.

● Maintain continuous observation of critical zones to detect suspicious activities, theft,

vandalism, safety hazards, or unauthorized access.

● Use CCTV equipment effectively to zoom, pan, or playback footage as necessary to

clarify events or identify individuals or vehicles.

Incident Identification and Reporting

· Promptly identify and respond to incidents such as but not limited to;

o Fuel theft

o Unsafe behavior by staff or customers (e.g., smoking near pumps, improper fuel handling)

o Tampering with equipment

o Accidents, injuries, or emergency situations

o Other possible incidents that were in Station Manual

· Accurately document all incidents in a detailed and timely manner, including time, date, involved parties, and a summary of events.

· Notify appropriate personnel (e.g., retail head, retail manager, territory supervisor) based on the severity and nature of the incident.

Compliance and Procedure Monitoring

· Ensure operational procedures are followed by all staff, such as but not limited to:

o Proper uniform and ID usage

o Following safety protocols during fuel deliveries

o Adherence to opening/closing procedures

o Accurate handling of cash and POS operations

o Proper cash counting procedure

o Proper cash drop procedure

· Report any deviations from standard operating procedures or safety protocols to management.

Data Management and Footage Retrieval

· Maintain organized archives of surveillance footage as per company policy and legal requirements.

· Retrieve and provide video evidence when requested for investigations, audits, or legal proceedings.

· Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and report technical issues promptly.

Confidentiality and Professionalism

· Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all surveillance operations and footage.

· Adhere to all company policies, privacy laws, and ethical standards in the handling of CCTV operations and incident reports.

GPS Monitoring

Real-Time Tracking and Surveillance

· Monitor the real-time movement of all fuel tanker trucks using GPS tracking systems.

· Ensure all vehicles follow pre-approved, safe delivery routes to minimize risk.

· Track arrival and departure times at fuel depots, customer sites, and checkpoints.

Calculate Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) to stations and Depot

· The ETA can be calculated using the following formula:

ETA will typically be calculated in hours or minutes based on the speed and distance

Calculate the Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) to stations

· ETD is usually given base on the operational schedule or can be predicted based on the truck average loading/unloading time at the station.

Route and Safety Compliance

· Ensure drivers adhere to designated routes that comply with regulatory and safety requirements (e.g., avoiding red tag area).

· Immediately call the drivers for any unauthorized stoppage

· Identify and address route deviations, unauthorized stops, or off-route driving.

· Alert fleet managers immediately if a truck enters restricted or high-risk zones.

Monitoring Driving Behavior

· Observe driver behavior using telematics data (speeding, harsh braking, sharp cornering, or prolonged idling).

· Flag and report unsafe driving behavior for corrective action or driver coaching.

· Ensure drivers follow safe handling and delivery protocols during stops.

Emergency and Incident Response

· Respond to GPS alerts or distress signals from drivers (e.g., vehicle breakdown, accidents, or hijacking).

· Escalate emergencies immediately to security, safety officers, or emergency services.

· Provide accurate vehicle location and movement history for rapid response.

Coordination and Communication

· Communicate route changes, traffic alerts, or safety notices to drivers in real time.

· Liaise with dispatchers, fuel depot staff, and customers to coordinate efficient deliveries.

· Maintain regular check-ins with drivers, especially during long-haul routes.

· Ensure that the tanker drivers do not exceed the scheduled time at the station. If a tanker driver exceeds the allotted time at the station, immediately contact them to issue a reminder and take corrective action if necessary.

System and Equipment Oversight

· Ensure all GPS and telematics equipment in vehicles is functioning properly.

· Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate technical problems to system providers.

· Assist in regular audits of GPS tracking accuracy and data integrity.

Confidentiality and Policy Adherence

· Handle all vehicle and driver tracking data with confidentiality.

· Comply with all internal policies, transport regulations, and environmental safety standards related to fuel transport.

I. REPORTS

· Generate, compile and maintain detailed logs of:

• Route compliance
• Delivery times
• Idle times and delays
• Incident reports

· Submission of daily shift end report

• Truck/ Lorry stoppage
• GPS Signal glitch
• CCTV not working

· Incident Reports for the stoppage and Signal glitch

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
