    I. Job Summary:

    Responsible for the management and maintenance of cash management Solutions under his/her portfolio, including over-all Solutions profitability and spotting Opportunities for Improvement

    II. Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Initiates and develops new concepts and projects under Cash Management, including enhancements to existing Solutions through the following:

    a. Solicitation of market feedback from the SBUs (i.e., Corporate Banking & Branch Banking)

    b. Conducting client needs analysis, market research, and competitive scan.

    2. Prepares the Product Proposal (PP) for Solutions being proposed for enhancement in coordination with the business units; secure PP approval per approved Product Development and Documentation Process (PDDP).

    3. Identifies pertinent members, convene, and manages the cross-functional project teams that will work on the PDDP for new/variant products; work with these cross-functional project teams to prepare the Product Manual and other documentation that may be required relative to:

    a. Development of Solutions' features, strategy, distribution & fulfillment, and operational processes.

    b. Pricing and financial modeling to ensure product viability and profitability.

    c. branding and marketing campaign required.

    4. Whenever applicable, conducts UAT for new/variant for purposes of issuing the necessary UAT certificate required by ITSD prior to Solutions launch.

    5. Secures proper review and approval of the Product Manual per approved PDDP; secure Authority to Go Live for Solutions implementations by ensuring completion of Go Live requirements prior to launch.

    6. Manages the implementation and execution of new/variant Solutions, including rollouts to required business and operational units.
