Reports directly to the COO;

• Responsible for timely submission of monthly financial statement to the management;

Responsible for the overall operations of the Finance and accounting department that
includes payables, receivables, payroll and tax preparation;
Handles all bank transactions including loans applications and payments and documentations
of credit line applications;
Analysis and reviews monthly financial reports and prepares quarterly financial reporting to
the President, including inventory and accounts receivables;
Coordinates and regularly communicates with our foreign suppliers/principals regarding the
status of our payables and making sure the accounts were paid on time;
Attends regular management committee meeting and regular coordination meeting with other
department heads;
