Responsibilities
Close coordination to suppliers and conduct negotiation to ensure to get the best price for each purchased product.
Conduct Market Research to identify trends.
Inspect products received for quality and quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications.
Maintain records of purchases, shipments, and related matters.
Monitored stock level and identify purchasing needs.
Maintain open lines of communications with suppliers.
Prepare cost analyses.
Performs related job duties as required.

Requirements
Business Administration graduate or equivalent
Preferably with minimum 1-year experience in purchasing (importation)
Proficient in using MS Excel (Pivot and VLOOKUP)
Has business writing skills
Has keen eye on details
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong Personality
