    About the Role

    Responsible for documenting and processing financial transactions, preparing accounts payable and journal entries, and ensuring timely and accurate payments in compliance with company policies and government regulations. Handles subsidiary ledgers, reconciliations, tax filings, audit requirements, and regulatory documentation including permits and licenses. Supports financial reporting, resolves discrepancies, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders. Ensures strict adherence to accounting standards, governance policies, and BIR requirements.

    Responsibilities

    • Documenting and processing financial transactions
    • Preparing accounts payable and journal entries
    • Ensuring timely and accurate payments in compliance with company policies and government regulations

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
    • At least 2 years of accounting and tax experience
    • CPA is preferred
