Qualifications:
- Ideally residing in Sindalan, Maimpis, or nearby areas within San Fernando, with proximity to the Sindalan warehouse
- Graduate of any 4 year Business/ Engineering/Agricultural/ Supply chain Course
- With experience in Warehouse management and planning
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse management experience is a plus
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
- Detailed oriented with excellent follow-up practices
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and accomplish work
- With knowledge in BOS System or Equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 25kg
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overall in-charge and accountable of the warehouse
- Obtain and maintain accurate inventory in the warehouse.
- Reports Weekly Inventory to DPIM and Operations to plan dispatch and replenishment needed
- Reports daily movement and inventory reconciliation from BOS to Manual Monitoring
- Preparation and issuance of materials
- Reports slow and non moving items in the warehouse for proper disposition
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness for better and faster warehouse operations efficiency
- Implementation of Standards in receiving and dispatch (FIFO/FEFO).
- Transact all materials ( packaging and spare parts) movement in a real-time manner for leased and Third Party Warehouses
- Maintains the quality of items hold in the warehouse
