Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a Training Specialist located in Davao. The Training Specialist will design, develop, and implement engaging training programs and materials. The role involves conducting training sessions, evaluating training outcomes, identifying skills gaps, and recommending improvements. Additionally, the Training Specialist will collaborate with team members to ensure all training content aligns with organizational goals and staff development needs.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Training Delivery Methods, Instructional Design, and Curriculum Development
- Experience with Training Needs Analysis, Performance Metrics, and Staff Development
- Excellent Communication, Facilitation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Organizational, Time Management, and Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- Experience in a similar training or HR role is a plus
