    Business Development Manager (Onsite - Pampanga)

    Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an Australian company, an offshoring & outsourcing consulting industry. The company is based in Angeles, Pampanga and the role is to be assigned to a full onsite set-up.

    Key job responsibilities include:
    The BDM plays a critical role in our organization's growth by actively generating and qualifying leads for our sales and marketing teams. The primary responsibility of this position is to identify potential customers or clients and initiate contact to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads for our business.
    • Lead Generation: Conduct research and utilize various sources to identify potential leads that align with our target customer profiles.
    • Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with leads through a combination of outbound methods, including cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and other communication channels.
    • Qualification: Assess the suitability of leads by gathering information about their needs, budgets, timelines, and decision-making authority. Determine if they meet our qualification criteria.
    • Lead Nurturing: Engage with leads in a professional and informative manner, addressing their questions and concerns. Develop relationships and build trust with prospects.
    • Information Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and lead status in our CRM system. Ensure data integrity and consistency.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with their strategies and objectives. Provide them with high-quality, well-qualified leads.
    • Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular reports and feedback to management on lead generation activities, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights for continuous improvement.

    Key Requirements:
