Job Description:

We are seeking a curious and motivated marketing associate to join our team. Given that this is a healthcare company, the ideal candidate is passionate not only about marketing, but also possesses inclination towards learning about scientific innovations and making it accessible to the market.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, supply chain, and design, to execute marketing initiatives.
• Assist in organizing and attending marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
• Support the marketing team in administrative tasks, such as budget management, scheduling, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Science (preferably Molecular Biology / Biology).
• Previous experience in marketing or related healthcare roles is preferred. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
