- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles (BDRs, telesales, and B2B sales positions), from sourcing and outreach to screening and shortlisting.
- Proactively source and engage high-performing sales talent using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.
- Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers to align on hiring priorities, timelines, and weekly recruitment KPIs.
- Conduct efficient and structured candidate screenings, assessing sales capability, motivation, and role fit.
- Create and manage compelling job advertisements to attract quality candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, pipelines, and reports.
- Track recruitment metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-hire, and candidate quality, and continuously optimise sourcing strategies.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Talent Sourcer, ideally hiring for sales, telesales, or B2B roles.
- Background in agency or in-house recruitment is welcome.
- Strong understanding of sales environments, targets, and performance-driven roles.
- Ability to identify, assess, and engage sales talent effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-driven, organised, and comfortable working with clear KPIs and deadlines.
- Able to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating with international teams.
- Tech-savvy, with confidence using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
