- Perform live and post-submission reviews of digital impressions, providing real-time guidance to dental teams on proper scanning protocols and technique improvements
- Identify and assess clinical and technical issues such as margin accuracy, tissue over margin, and bite alignment
- Deliver clear, professional feedback via chat and voice to support dental practices during time-sensitive cases
- Maintain detailed documentation of findings, feedback, and outcomes within support systems
- Prioritize scan reviews based on case urgency and production deadlines to consistently meet SLAs
- Track recurring scan issues and contribute to targeted coaching strategies that improve long-term scan quality
- Stay up to date with SOPs, evolving technologies, and digital dental workflows
- At least 2 years of experience as a dental laboratory technician, dental assistant, or CAD/CAM designer
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, morphology, and terminology, including margin identification and bite evaluation
- Hands-on experience with 3Shape Design and intraoral scanner software and hardware (4+ years preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex feedback clearly and calmly
- Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to de-escalate issues and deliver a high-quality experience
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and stay composed under pressure in a high-velocity environment
- Chairside and lab experience strongly preferred
- Implant experience is a plus, but not required

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Team Lead – Live Scan Review to join our dental Customer Experience team. In this role, you'll be a clinical and technical expert—reviewing digital impressions in real time and after submission, while coaching dental practices to improve intraoral scanning techniques and achieve outstanding restorative outcomes.
You'll operate at the intersection of clinical expertise, quality assurance, and customer leadership, handling complex, high-volume scan reviews and live consultations.
