• Design, develop, and customize websites and web applications using Sitecore, ensuring they meet the client's requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with UI developers, Business Analysts and Business Users, to integrate Sitecore components, templates, and layouts into the overall web architecture.
• Create custom Sitecore modules and components to extend the platform's functionality and meet specific project needs.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other issues to ensure websites run smoothly and securely.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including code documentation, for projects and solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in Sitecore development, including customization and module development.
• Knowledgeable in versioning mechanism, session management, performance testing or capturing metrics
• Proficiency in .NET programming languages, such as C#, ASP.Net
• Strong knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web services.
• Familiarity with database systems and integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to work as an SME and be able to oversee the end-to-end deliverables.
• Sitecore certification is a plus but not required.
