The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
• month and end-year processaccounts payable/receivablecash receiptsgeneral ledgerpayroll and utilitiestreasury, budgetingcash forecastingrevenue and expenditure variance analysiscapital assets reconciliationstrust account statement reconciliations,check runsfixed asset activitydebt activity
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Provide recommendations
  
  

Ideal Profile

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course.
• Must have 3-5 years' experience as Accounting Manager
• Work experience BPO and handled tax compliance/audit, business registrations/closures/ and accounting services
• Amenable to work in Makati, okay to work on a hybrid set up
• Willing to start immediately
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
