- Own the end‑to‑end management of assigned B2C and B2P (Provider) journeys, including performance monitoring, strategic planning, and executive alignment.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, proactively addressing questions, risks, and issues.
- Drive initiative prioritization, forecasting, and governance to ensure alignment with enterprise transformation objectives.
- Lead resource planning, cross‑functional execution, and issue remediation while managing demand and budget analysis.
- Manage business reviews and develop executive‑level reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc) that delivers accurate, actionable insights.
- Track progress against strategic plans and communicate updates, including recommendations for remediation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to performance, financial, and customer experience goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of strategic experience in healthcare, financial services, or consumer packaged goods.
- Demonstrated strength in strategic planning, cross‑functional leadership, and operational execution.
- Experience in resource management, forecasting, and initiative governance.
- Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate insights into decisions.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, including NPS and customer satisfaction KPIs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with senior executives and gain alignment on key initiatives.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience setting and achieving measurable goals, including financial targets, ROI, and performance metrics.
- Skilled in creating clear, impactful reports and presentations for leadership audiences.
- Partner closely with senior leaders on high‑impact, enterprise‑wide initiatives
