- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Supervise daily maintenance activities and evaluate equipment performance.
- Enforce safety protocols and promote a compliant, hazard-free work environment.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance the technical competencies of the maintenance team.
- Identify and implement improvements related to equipment safety, reliability, and productivity.
- Maintain adequate inventory of critical spare parts.
- Lead in-house projects involving fabrication, repairs, and upgrades.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for material sourcing and project execution.
- Perform and oversee troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics for maintenance tasks.
- Prepare technical specifications for requisition of equipment, tools, and spare parts.
- Provide regular updates and reports on maintenance activities and project status.
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering course (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering).
- With at least 3 years of experience leading or supervising a team in mechanical or electromechanical works of manufacturing machines and equipment.
- Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning and execution.
- Experience in machine lubrication programs, troubleshooting, repair, modification, and design improvement.
- Professional engineering license is an advantage.
