Role Definition

Monitor, analyze and report the overall performance of IT group while also recommending solutions to ensure that the organizationâs investments are being used effectively.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support IT teams in the preparation of their Annual IT Budget Plan (CAPEX and OPEX) based on programs and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide support, guidance and recommendations to IT teams to ensure that all budget requests are properly funded, have gone through required approval, and supporting documents are in place.
• Liaise between IT Pillars, Finance and Procurement Business Partners in relation to Financial Management activities and processes (e.g., funding, spending payment, asset recognition, etc.).
• Review and recommend improvements to ensure that utilization of IT investments have complied with standards and policies as defined by Governance and Regulatory bodies.
• Establish mechanisms to monitor the overall performance of IT Group
• Review and analyze the performance of IT teams by maintaining the overall view/report of defined key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Facilitate review of IT group's defined KPIs and recommend necessary enhancements in order to adapt to changes in technologies and business practices.
