    QUALIFICATIONS:
    *Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field.
    *Required skill(s): sales, governance and compliance, customer service and relationship management, leadership, and mentoring, T24 system knowledge.
    *At least 5 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
    *With experience in Banking industry
    *Willing to travel to other branches of Bank located in Cebu City
    *Universal Banks ONLY (no Rural, Savings Bank or Development Bank)

    • 2 years experience minimum of the same experience in Universal Banks

    JOB SUMMARY:


    In this role, you'll oversee branch banking operations and drive business development across your assigned area, focusing on profitability through account solicitation, promoting bank products, and ensuring compliance with policies.

    Your role includes setting sales goals, coordinating sales plans, and monitoring performance to enhance the bank's overall strategy.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    *In charge of branch banking operations, supervision & maintenance of branches in the assigned area. Primarily in charge of business development and generating profitability and income for these branches
    *In charge of account solicitation of prospective accounts and maintenance of existing accounts.
    *In charge of generating & promoting bank products, loans & services for the Division
    *Contribute to the overall strategy of RBG by planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling the activities of stores under the division to attain overall objectives as the main distribution channel of the bank with a focus on deposits, loans, and investment generation.
    *Ensure profitability among all stores without compromising compliance with the bank's policies and procedures both for internal and external regulatory bodies.
    *Set sales and profitability objectives and directions of the whole division in support of the objectives of the Region and the Bank in general.
    *Coordinate with the store manager in the development of a comprehensive sales plan and sales calendar for each store.
    *Monitor and review actual sales and profitability performance of each store versus set targets and come up with appropriate actions on areas that need improvement.
    *Conduct Sales Management Process and monitor the usage of the T24 Sales Management Monitoring System among the RBG sales force.
    *Provides regular monitoring feedback and results to the Region Head on all sales and profitability parameters vs. actual performance and renders action items as appropriate.
