    Human Resource Generalist


    We are looking for a highly driven and recruitment-focused HR professional who excels in sourcing top talent and managing various aspects of Human Resources. This role involves leading end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract, screen, and onboard qualified candidates who meet the company's needs.



    The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for conducting full-cycle recruitments: sourcing talented professionals through job postings and networking events; screening applicants based on qualifications; coordinating interviews with hiring managers to identify ideal candidates. In addition to recruiting duties, they will also assist with employee relations matters related to training programs, performance evaluations, policy implementation
    and ongoing support of positive work environment.


    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as HR Management, Business Administration or Psychology.
    • Solid experience working within an organizational setting that has involved direct handling of personnel files (employee data records)– expected around three years’ worth at minimum. Experience spanning multiple departments might enhance resume while solid references provide excellent proof individuals' capabilities satisfy expectations surrounding effective team management amid business expansion opportunities present themselves regularly hereafter - given two years prior operational knowledge could possess key position leadership skills including digital literacy specifically MS Office proficiency alongside familiarization social media platforms particularly LinkedIn where maintained active profiles engaging industry peers discussing latest trends impacting respective sectors which often times serve role models attracting high-quality hires toward achieving individual goals set annually over period specified by current employees still under contractual agreements remaining after new additions integrated smoothly organized manner completely reflecting overall vision aims strive achieve effectively continually meeting every requirement assigned throughout entire process ensuring seamless integration new members fully participating contributing growth ambition shared collective decision making foster open communication channels necessary maintain positivity wherever we go today together now going forward always.
