Job summary
The Implementation Services team is responsible for delivering end-to-end client implementations for products solutions infrastructure and new client onboarding.This position serves as Visa Project Manager for implementation services provided to Clients including but not limited to enabling a broad range of products and solutions supporting complex processing modifications and general tactical initiatives for Visa clients across the AP (Asia Pacific) region.
In this role you are expected to Lead execute high quality project management support to Visa clients and processors ensuring client expectations are met in line with agreed timelines Coordinate directly with clients analyzing understanding card program setup/endpoint requirements implementing Visa products services facilitating endpoint connectivity supporting the business formulating implementation solutions Build enhance positive working relationships with key Visa client institutions processors internal stakeholders Be able to communicate complex technical concepts in a focused well-organized manner
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 5+ years' experience in a customer support role in financial services payment card software or information services
- Understanding of digital payments web-based technology including HTML web-based service APIs JSON XML The ability successfully manage competing priorities serving positive influence across organization Strong project management skills PMP certification is plus.
