Creative Milkshake is a creative agency based in Amsterdam, working with the world's coolest direct-to-consumer brands. We create ads that are designed to convert, that's our jam. We're looking for a Video Editor and Multimedia Designer to join our post-production team. The ideal candidate is versatile as has experience in the marketing field.

• As part of our mighty creative team, you'll create video ads for a wide variety of brands.
• We produce ads for Meta, TikTok and Youtube, so if you have experience creating content (specifically ads) for these channels it's a HUGE bonus.
• The job's a mix of original work and creating equally awesome adaptations from existing styles and assets.
• You work as part of a fully integrated production operation, with media buyers, copywriters, developers and you, working together to craft awesome work.
• The job is remote, so you must be able to self-manage and collaborate diligently online with your colleagues around the world.
• You'll join a young & fun international company that focuses on the performance of creatives.

• Create short-form videos from creative briefs or storyboards
• Expertise in professional editing software and file delivery: i.e., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
• Proficiency in basic Motion editing and elevating edits through motion techniques, and accompanying work examples, i.e., Adobe After Effects
• Ability to enhance edits with color correction and audio sweetening techniques
• Relentless attention to detail, across every aspect of crafting and executing ideas
• Must be fluent in English.
