KEY JOB DUTIES &


RESPONSIBILITIES:
He/she will be subject for training of 12 days and will be monitored up to 60 days for the Performance matter.

He/she will be involved in a daily task of monitoring of all Supervisors. Receive instruction in a daily toolbox.

He/she will ensure that whatever assignment will deliver in good result.

He/she will report to assign Leader/Supervisor per shift schedule.

Performance results will be kept in OB section for review and base references.


Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent. College level is an advantage.


Previous Experience Working In a Production/manufacturing Environment Is Preferred.
Must be able to read, comprehend, and interpret dimensional drawings.

Excellent hand eye coordination and finger dexterity required.

Demonstrated experience handling fragile parts.

Must have a continuous improvement attitude and strong attention to details.

Detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and team attitude.
