- Using the internal system, retrieve the date, time and location in a call that the call snippet recording is required
- Download the relevant call recording (using the date and time provided, and the clients phone number)
- Go to the required location in the call recording, and listen to the part of the call to see if it meets internal quality guidelines (i.e. the appropriate scripting is used by one of our agents). Do this for 2 call recording types per case.
- Quickly, efficiently and accurately create the 2 x required call snippets using audio editing software
- Securely save the required call recordings to a central file location
- Where the call recording matches the required scripting that is to be used in such conversations, mark the case file as 'Ready for Invoice'
- Where the call recording does not match the required scripting, send the case file back to the relevant Placement Specialist (using Microsoft teams)
- Provide administrative assistance and support to Co Founders and senior management team:
- Basic data manipulation in Excel
- Book meetings with required staff members
- Load data from various systems into third party CRM
- Basic word processing (creating letters and memos from audio recording)
- Experience working as a QA for a contact center team
- Experience in data processing and invoicing
- Excellent communication skills
