1. Manage assigned accounts

• Identify and establish new business/accounts
• Organize Sales Visit
• Write visit reports and project updates
• Prepare tenders, proposals, quotations, and forecasts
• Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
• Ensure sales targets are met
• Participate audits by customers
• Investigate customer complaints
• Effectively handle product recalls

Job Qualification:

Academic Qualifications:
 Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology, Chemical
Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent

Work Experience and Skills:
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 Sales and driving experience

Personal Qualities and Behavioural Traits:
 Good moral character and personality
 Highly motivated and results-oriented
 Ability to identify and react accurately to the behavior and emotions of customers
Good listening skills
