- Primarily assist in managing the recruitment process. HR Associate responsibilities include sourcing candidates online and updating 201 files of employees.
- Responsible for gathering and compiling timesheet data from employees across departments. Responsible for accurate and timely processing of employees' timekeeping.
- Manually encode time sheets and Daily Time Records of employees for payroll reference.
- Prepares tardiness monitoring and submits to HR Manager every 3rd day of the month.
- Keep in file the approved SL/VL forms, OB forms, and OT forms of employees for reference.
- Receives and processes requests for regularization, lateral and inter-affiliate transfer, and promotion of employees.
- Gives endorsement for computation of separation pay to accounting.
- Attends to employees' concerns.
- Assist the HR Manager in other HR processes and performs other related tasks as instructed.
- Maintains historical human resources records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- Compliance to DOLE reports and manage compensation and benefits.
- Do administrative works such as issuance of company uniform, work tools and health care kit.
- Monitor inventory and requisition of health care kit and medicines.
- Perform any task or instructions maybe given by the employer.
- AB Psychology or BSBA major in Human Resources Development Management graduate or any related 4-year course.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate, and knowledgeable in Microsoft office specifically EXCEL.
- Must be a team player, and flexible.
- Sense of commitment.
- Diligent with great attention to detail, positive working attitude, and customer service oriented.
