Responsibilities

A. Program Development and Management:

• Contribute to program outcomes and impacts aligned with company's strategy.
• Serve as the lead technical resource, contributing expertise on air quality and climate change topics.
• Support fundraising efforts and program outreach activities.

B. Project Management and Implementation:

• Define and manage project scope, budget, and deliverables.
• Ensure project implementation adheres to agreements and timelines.
• Manage procurement and consultancy contracts for projects.

C. Staff Management:

• Line manage project team members, including consultants and interns.
• Identify and address training needs to enhance team performance.

D. Knowledge Management:

• Stay updated on air quality and climate change trends in Asia.
• Prepare overviews of key issues and contribute to communication materials.
• Facilitate capacity building sessions for staff.

E. Partnership Building:

• Develop and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Represent Clean Air Asia at meetings and conferences, advocating for air quality and climate change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree: Hold a Master's degree in relevant fields like Environmental Science or Engineering.
• International Exposure: Experience in policy development internationally is a plus.
• Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing projects and coordinating stakeholders.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical writing skills with research and data analysis abilities.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural teams.
