Job summary
The Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) strengthens democracy around the world through private enterprise and market-oriented reform.The Program Associate will provide comprehensive administrative, project monitoring, and program support services to multiple Program Officers managing economic freedom, expanding opportunity, and economic resilience initiatives.
This position serves as the programmatic backbone ensuring efficient program administration, accurate project tracking, and systematic compliance with CIPE and donor requirements.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in social sciences public policy development studies international relations economics or a related field is typically required. Advanced or master's degree is highly desirable minimum one year experience in project management private sector development advocacy research experience working with business associations NGOs advocacy groups civil society organizations international organizations government or donor-funded projects is highly desirable strong research skills to analyze policies identify gaps propose recommendations for strengthening private sector participation in policy reforms excellent written verbal communication skills necessary effectively communicating stakeholders crafting persuasive messaging disseminating accurate information suitable global audience ability tailor messages different audiences channels demonstrated ability collaborate diverse stakeholders including government agencies private sector organizations media institutions commitment upholding ethical standards integrity aspects work handling sensitive information engagement diverse stakeholdersPaglalarawan ng trabaho
