Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall client experience and service efficiency
Establish, improve, and monitor customer support processes and service standards
Ensure consistent and fair implementation of company policies and procedures
Lead, monitor, and develop a diverse customer support team
Handle escalated and complex client concerns
Analyze support metrcis and identify areas for operational improvement
Collaborate with different internal departments to resolve client issues effectively
Continuously learn and stay updated on company products, trading processes, and internal systems
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management or any related course
Preferably with at least 5 years of customer service experience, with 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role
Experience in financial services, fintech, banking or brokerage in an advantage, experience in customer service is preferred
Strong critical thinking and problem-solvings skills
Technologically adept, comfortable learning new systems and basic troubleshooting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer-centric mindset with strong decision making ability
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
