Job summary
Manage and optimize our helpdesk via Zendesk (new features e.g. live chat) Maintain of Support pages Help deliver new areas of responsibility for the team (e.g. app reviews and Trustpilot) Bug Triaging accountable for reporting bugs holding up CS team's Performance Managing the processing of Manual Verifications Ensuring all data security compliance is being followed and understood within the team Support with additional projects when required Examples may include research projects e.g. international expansion verification methods and new markets etc Write Zendesk macros around key seasonal periods/seasons - to ensure no delay in client expectations Support AM with questions/queries as they arrive
