    Minimum Qualifications/Skills/Experience
    • Graduate of Communication Arts or any business-related course / Real Estate Management graduate is a plus;
    • Average verbal and written communication skills;
    • Basic people management abilities;
    • Strong interpersonal skills;
    • Excellent customer service abilities;
    • Proficient in using various computer applications;
    • Capable of conducting training and seminars with a clear tone of voice;
    • Open to addressing agent concerns beyond regular office hours;
    • Creative, dynamic, and enthusiastic.

    Role/Responsibilities:
    • Monitor and track the performance & attendance of sellers during accreditation seminars;
    • Verify the accreditation status of all new sellers;
    • Facilitate Product Knowledge Seminars utilizing company-approved materials;
    • Assist sellers in sales activities, network building, and achieving sales quotas;
    • Track weekly and monthly sales targets and recruitment goals for designated projects;
    • Evaluate the overall performance of sellers;
    • Coordinate and oversee recruitment initiatives, and manage the execution of training sessions for newly onboarded sellers;
    • Participate in all sales & marketing activities related to assigned project/s;
    • Lead sales meetings with sellers, providing crucial sales and marketing information to meet corporate objectives;
    • Fulfill any other tasks assigned periodically.
