- Job Summary
Responsible for the overall system maintenance and providing technical support.
II. Duties and Responsibilities
a. Checking status of server
b. Network connection maintenance
c. SAP basic and Crystal report maintenance
d. Gdesk basic maintenance
e. Branches and Head Office PC's, Printers, scanners and network connections (IPVPN) maintenance
f. Checking and answering Emails
III. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
a) Installing computers and other devices across company networks.
b) Testing connections and operating systems on individual devices
c) Updating computer software programs as updates become available.
d) Troubleshooting devices to identify and solve any issues with hardware or software performance.
e) Identifying and eliminating computer viruses or other threats and implementing measures to protect devices against any future data breaches.
f) Basic knowledge in SQLServer, C#, Java Script, HTML and
IV. Education and Work Experience
a) Graduate of BS Computer Engineering or Information Science
b) Preferably with one year work experience in a similar capacity.
V. Physical Requirements
a) Able to sit in front of the PC for a long period of time.
