    • Experience in Dunning (calls to ensure for the payment of a debt/past due)

    Responsibilities
    • support the Credit Officers with allocated tasks and customer enquiries which will enable the credit team to be successful in the collection of debt. You will manage regular tasks and ad-hoc tasks as they are requested.
    • responsible for ensuring the needs of the customers are met & tasks are completed within the allocated time frame & understand that great customer service supports the business in customer retention and customer loyalty.
    • ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional customer service and being passionate about fixing the issue that has driven the customer dispute. You always offer a solution that meets their needs and that also aligns to BOC policies and processes.
