Overview:
We are looking for a Residential Care Representative to deliver exceptional customer support within a telco environment, with a strong focus on billing inquiries and sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, persuasive, and confident in handling account-related concerns while identifying opportunities to enhance the customer's service experience. This role requires professionalism, problem-solving ability, and a results-driven mindset in an onsite setting.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to billing inquiries, account concerns, and residential service support.
- Explain charges, resolve billing discrepancies, and provide clear account breakdowns.
- Promote and upsell relevant telco products, plans, and add-on services based on customer needs.
- Process plan changes, upgrades, and account adjustments accurately.
- Address customer complaints professionally and de-escalate challenging situations.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics including sales targets, quality scores, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Follow company policies, compliance standards, and communication guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex account or service issues.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience with billing and sales background in a telco program.
- Minimum of 2 years in college (any course) or Senior High School graduate/equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Solid understanding of billing processes and account management.
- Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes efficiently.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and related tools.
- Amenable to shifting schedules.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Lanang, Davao City.
