Responsibilities include ensuring equipment readiness for current and future plant capacity, promptly addressing machinery issues, developing spare parts inventory, and enhancing company practices related to machinery use and maintenance.

The supervisor also manages sections such as production maintenance, handles electrical wirings, schedules shutdown workloads, monitors compliance with rules, and performs other duties as assigned.
