    Job Title: Content Acquisition Manager

    The Manila Hub Manager for the Project Content Team is responsible for leading and managing the Data Acquisition and Curation teams within the hub. This role ensures efficient operations, drives innovation in processes and tools, and enhances production quality to meet global standards. The manager fosters a collaborative and high-performance embracing the Hubexo culture, empowering teams to deliver exceptional content while continuously improving workflows and capabilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    Stakeholder Relations

    • Act as the primary point of contact for ground support and development.
    • Liaise with senior management to ensure alignment and effective communication.

    Strategic Leadership

    • Oversee Project Content operations across Philippine activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
    • Deliver content that is accurate, timely, and comprehensive.

    Operational Efficiency

    • Optimize the use of internal and external resources to achieve operational goals.
    • Ensure effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
    • Drive Operational Excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and robust change management practices.
    • Leverage AI integration to enhance processes, improve decision-making, and deliver innovative solutions.
