    providing operational support through the full billing cycle: duties include accounts reviews/billing, payment posting,

    Qualifications

    • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Experience in hospice or home health billing and collections
    • Experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
    • Experience in payment posting.
    • Excellent communication, time management, and computer skills
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in Claims, Denials, Appeals, Billing, and Collection with a
    • strong healthcare background
    • Experience with obtaining Prior Authorization
    • Problem-solving skills to research and resolve discrepancies, denials, appeals, and collections. A calm
    • manner and patience working with patients, insurers, or co-workers during this process.
    • Able to reach out to patients and insurance providers via email or phone calls
    • Has experience handling other payments like checks, credit cards, etc.
