    Job Summary

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Health Care Specialist to join our team at Holistic Approach Systems Inc.

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Health Care Specialist to work with us on a shifting schedule with 24-hour operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a healthy and productive work environment, promoting a healthy lifestyle and proper work-home balance for employees, and providing education and training programs about wellness and injury prevention.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide first aid treatments and medications to employees as needed.
    • Observe and record symptoms and conditions of patients.
    • Accompany injured employees to the nearest hospital in case of accidents.
    • Maintain medical and other related records of all employees.
    • Examine and ensure that sick employees submit medical certificates.
    • Review diagnostic test results and medical certificates to determine outcomes.
    • Organize regular medical examinations of all employees.
    • Conduct health assessments periodically.
    • Educate patients on wellness programs and benefits available to them, and facilitate connections to necessary care.
    • Monitor absence patterns, particularly AWOL, and visit employee homes if required.
    • Respond to employee queries regarding medical benefits and employment concerns.
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management or the company doctor.
    • Prepare and coordinate necessary forms, reports, and documents for clients (Weekly summary sickness reports, Number of employees who suffered injuries at work per month, Annual summary of sickness and work-related accident report).

    Salary and Benefits

    The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
