Senior Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Program Development and Maintenance: Develop, modify, and maintain software programs to meet business requirements, ensuring efficient operation and adaptability to changing needs.
2. Collaboration with QA Tester: Work closely with the Quality Assurance Tester to design and execute comprehensive error and stress test scenarios.
3. Design and Code Reviews: Participate in rigorous design and code reviews to ensure high-quality software development.
4. Solution Design: Collaborate with project managers, coordinators, and team leaders to design innovative solutions that meet business objectives.
5. UI/UX Collaboration: Work with the Graphics Team to deliver visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
6. Project Coordination: Ensure timely project delivery by coordinating with other departments and adhering to client instructions.
7. Work Assignment Management: Effectively manage work assignments to meet deadlines under tight schedules.
8. Project Completion: Drive projects to completion, leveraging strong leadership skills.
9. Product Development: Translate business and design goals into functional products that exceed expectations.

Skills Required:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent fields.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Flutter and Electron.js, with a strong foundation in MySQL, database structure, and complex queries.
3. API and Library Knowledge: Familiarity with Rest API, Google Libraries (Gmaps, etc.), Realm Android, and Git.
4. Cognitive Abilities: Strong logic building skills, good math and English skills.
5. Communication and Teamwork: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Organization and Time Management: Strong organization, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision, under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Please note that this is an estimate based on industry standards and may vary.
