- Remotely review vital signs and EHR data of patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities using our FD-cleared contactless patient remote monitoring system.
- Identify changes in the patient's condition and any trends present in vital signs data (i.e., respiration rate, heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, oxygen saturation, blood glucose levels)
- Evaluate EMR (Electronic Medical Records) to determine patients
- Communicate internally with clinicians to define the risk levels of patients.
- Develop alerts and reports to send digitally to clinicians at Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Contribution to other mission-critical tasks and priorities as needed
- Comply with all relevant healthcare regulations, ethical
- guidelines, and company policies while handling patient data.
- Develop digital reports for clinicians at Skilled Nursing Facilities, providing valuable insights and data for informed decision-making.
- Experience working as an RN
- Certified/Licensed as a Registered Nurse in one or more of the following states: New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Colorado, Ohio, Compact, Washington, Oregon, Chicago, Michigan, Maine, Florida, and California
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment completing multiple tasks. Startup mentality

- Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent listening and presentation abilities
- Strong facilitation/clinical education skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical decision support.

- Willingness to continue gaining knowledge and clinical experience.
