Cost Control Engineer - South Cotabato

Job summary

The Cost Control Engineer is accountable and responsible for monitoring and controlling expenditures. The position requires a graduate of Mining Engineering Course, preferably licensed professional, with high level of interpersonal skills and integrity, and ability to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed daily, weekly and monthly production and accomplishment report of the project.
• Compare operations productivity against the target set and agreed by Delta Project management team and Delta Engineering.
• Check and maintain database for production, drilling and blasting activity of all quarry projects.
• Provide data that will be used in the corporate office as a basis for project bids and proposal.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mining Engineering Course, preferably licensed professional.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Computer literate.
• High level of interpersonal skills and integrity.
• Creative, forward thinker.
• Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.
• Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• A reliable professional who follows organization and department procedures, completes tasks in a timely manner.
