Job Summary:

Responsible for the planning, directing, coordinating and controlling of all the activities within the quarry and crusher areas particularly those relating to the development, extraction, and preparation of the required crushed limestone and other raw materials to ensure that the availability of the raw materials is in accordance with the set health and safety standards, and quality specifications of the Republic Cement & Building Materials, Inc. - Batangas Plant through the effective management and development of the Company's existing mineral properties and/or quarry resources.

Qualifications:

• With Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering
• Licensed Mining Engineer
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience
• Must have work experience in quarry process, crushing and raw material pre-blending process, mine planning and scheduling, raw material chemistry, and raw material exploration
• Can move people to action
• High safety awareness
• Computer literate
• Willing to be assigned in Batangas Plant
