    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Assume full responsibility for the appointed country, focusing on Water Management operations in the Philippines.
    • Interface with the group through regional meetings, joint visits, and daily utilization of an eCRM tool.
    • Hold complete commercial responsibility, including the preparation of financial plans, forecasting, budgeting, and the development of a 5-year strategic plan.
    • Manage customer and account relationships, including receivable collection, while aligning with group objectives and metrics.
    • Develop the Water Management market segment by defining market structures, identifying key customer targets, and collaborating with State Authority Boards, Consultants, and Architects on project design and management.
    • Identify suitable product ranges from the NORMA Group portfolio to meet market needs and work on establishing distribution partners and customers.
    • Promote NORMA Brands in the market through innovation, value proposition, service, and quality, and devise marketing initiatives to drive product sales.
    • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key authorities, partners, and end customers.
    • Foster similar relationships with internal partners across regions and HQ.
    • Provide effective leadership to the team, ensuring high morale, teamwork, and positive employee relations.
    • Actively uphold company policies, procedures, and workplace rules.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a postgraduate qualification in sales and marketing in hose/ pipe couplings/ connectors/ fluid systems.
    • Over 5 years of experience in a similar position within a multinational company.
    • Demonstrated experience in setting up distribution networks and project management.
    • Proven ability to penetrate new markets and successfully close deals.
