RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the business
• Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
• Document management (including sorting, checking, and updating of manual trackers, documents, folders, etc.,)
• Maintain accounts on third-party websites for compliance
• Gather information to complete weekly and monthly reports
• Manage operational and compliance tasks in the Transport Management System
• Manage Incident Reports, Non-conformances, Fines, and other Compliance/WHS matters
• Conduct periodic audits
• Manage bookings from creation to completion

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or any business-related course
• Can maintain and organize files with a high-level of accuracy
• Proven admin or operations assistant experience
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Able to speak English fluently
• Effective time-management skills to complete tasks within deadlines
• Computer literate and proficiency in using office software (e.g., Word, Excel)
• Adept at troubleshooting operational and compliance issues
