- To assist in the coordination of sales pipeline reporting and analysis.
- To assist in the development of the SharePoint and reporting systems
- Analyze large amounts of complex data to provide the business withfact-based insights
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Identify problematic areas with the data and research to determine the best course of action to correct the data
- Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly Sales Pipeline Report from Oracle Sales Cloud
- Develop dashboards
- Develop application through PowerApps to automate reporting processes
- Help translate data into visualizations, metrics, and goals
- Support in Market research
- Descriptive and predictive analytics
- Contribute, participate, and support continuous process improvement activities
- Perform administrative duties as required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or any related field
- At least 3 years proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and PowerApps
- Strong adaptability to data analytics and visualization tools
- Familiarity in the use of statistical packages such as SPSS, Minitab, R, Python, etc.)
