    What you'll do:
    As the Head of Collections, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our client's operations. You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that contribute to growth and profitability. Your ability to foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and collaboration will be crucial in this role. You will also be tasked with ensuring that financial performance meets or exceeds targets. Additionally, you will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring full adherence to regulatory requirements.

    What you bring:
    The ideal candidate for the Head of Collections role brings a wealth of experience in collections at a financial institution. With at least 10-15 years under their belt managing multiple sites, they have demonstrated their ability to drive growth and profitability. They hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred. A minimum of three years' experience leading a P&L is also required.
