• Participate in the end-to-end payroll processing and ensures that employee's payroll is processed accurately and timely.
• Monitors the leave (vacation leave, sick leave, emergency leave, service incentive leave, and paternity leave), cash advance ofemployees, and loans (SSS and HDMF loans)
• Computes the government statutory benefits of employees.
• Process the billing summary in preparation for SOA (statement of account) to bill the clients.
• Computes the total accountability of the employee for clearance purposes.
• Ensures accurate billing by processing the client's billing rate and aligning with the contract and the wage increase imposed by thegovernment.
• Addresses all payroll and accounting-related inquiries from employees and clients promptly.
