Recruitment Specialist
Remote | Full-Time
Role Overview
Here at King's Media, we partner with some of the greatest minds and founders in the world to leverage the most powerful communication tools available, to build their personal band. We are looking for someone join our team as a Recruitment Specialist
This role is responsible for building strong talent pipelines, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring we consistently attract high-quality candidates aligned with our company culture and performance standards. The ideal candidate is organized, strategic, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination)
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Write and publish compelling job descriptions across multiple platforms
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct initial screening interviews and candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruitment data
- Improve and document hiring processes and SOPs
- Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline conversion rates)
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes
- Strong screening and interviewing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting for remote teams
- Startup or high-growth company experience
- Experience hiring for operations, marketing, tech, or creative roles
