• Supervises all engineering activities engaged by staff.
• Plans and estimates engineering projects.
• Reviews and approves checklists of staff.
• Monitors electrical spare parts.
• Computes and submits monthly electrical power consumption.
• Trains and orients staff regarding electrical safety and discipline before operation starts.
• Submits summary of daily activity report of the department to the payroll in-charge.
• Immediately reports to Superior any problem, concerns, damage and development status of tasks.
• Monitors all preventive maintenance activities.
• Addresses all concerns of the department.
• Orients staff regarding maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure reliability when use during operations.
• Conducts coordination meeting with staff every week.
• Recommends appropriate disciplinary action to erring subordinates based on the Company rules and regulations.
• Reviews, supervises and ensures the proper performance of Staff.
• Adheres to safety and health standards at all times.

• Electrical Engineering Graduate
• License is required
• Thorough knowledge and skills on Electrical repair and maintenance
• Ability to prepare and implement projects, plans and programs
• Ability to collect, analyze and interpret statistical data
• Can communicate effectively in verbal and written form
• Good interpersonal skills
• At least 2 years experience in the same field
• Computer literate
